Produced with white truffles, porcini mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, herbs and aroma. It is excellent for preparing toast, pasta, noodles, rice, or seconds, such as filets or steaks. The product once opened should be covered with olive oil and stored in the fridge. 

The White of Acqualagna

Produced with white truffle, black summer truffles, butter, Parmigiano Reggiano, flour and salt. It is perfect for preparing toast, pasta dishes, such as pasta or tortellini, or for the preparation of seconds, such as escalopes, fillets or cut. It is recommended to heat the product with the broth. Once opened, should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within a few days.

Truffled Sauce

Product made with summer truffle, mushrooms, black olives, extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, salt and flavorings. It is suitable as a basis for all truffle dishes such as bruschetta, omelettes, pasta dishes or pizzas. Once opened, it should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and stored in the refrigerator. 

Royal Truffle Sauce

Produced with bianchetto truffle, cream, butter, milk, parmesan cheese, flour and aroma. It is suitable especially for crostini or pasta dishes, like rice or noodles. It is recommended to stretch with cooking water. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consumed within a few days.

Black Summer Truffle Lyophilized

Product with just black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.). The truffle was lyphilized so as to eliminate all the water to improve the conservation. Place the product in water for a few minutes before using for the preparation of pasta dishes such as risotti, or for omelettes.

"Fossa" Cheese

Produced with sheep's milk and curd and seasoned in tufa pits for 100 days. It's excellent paired with chestnut or Strawberry tree honey, mustard, jam of figs, onions or Green Tomato, figs, "figs Salame" or jellies. If seasoned, is also excellent cheese. Should be stored in a cool place, wrapped in a damp cloth.
