Sliced of Organic Summer Truffle

Product characterized by summer truffle made sliced and immersed in sunflower oil and salt. It is used primarily for seasoning pasta dishes, and using its own oil to enhance the flavour of dish. Once opened, it should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and stored in the refrigerator.

Product formed with black summer truffle, extra virgin olive oil and salt. The cream is prepared by blending the ground truffle with the other ingredients. It is especially suitable for the preparation of pasta dishes or to prepare "bruschetta" and sandwiches with olive oil, garlic and anchovy paste. Once opened, it should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and stored in the refrigerator.

Produced with black porcini mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt. and rel. group), salt and aroma. It is excellent for preparing toast, pasta, noodles, rice, or seconds, such as filets or steaks. The product once opened should be covered with olive oil and stored in the fridge.

Prodotto caratterizzato da tartufo nero estivo, panna, burro, brodo vegetale, formaggio Gran Bio, farina e aroma. E’ indicato soprattutto come base per primi piatti, come tortellini o pasta secca. Si consiglia di allungare il contenuto della preparazione con brodo o acqua di cottura del primo piatto scelto. Una volta aperto, il prodotto va conservato in frigo e consumato entro pochi giorni.

Product made with mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt. and rel. group), salt and natural aroma. It is suitable as a basis for all truffle dishes such as bruschetta, omelettes, pasta dishes or pizzas. Once opened, it should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and stored in the refrigerator. 

"Fettuccine" with truffle organic

Pasta made from egg noodles, black summer truffle and natural aromas. The product is ready for cooking and for perfect tasting you should season with light sauces or even better with extra virgin olive oil or butter, and a sprinkling of cheese of your choice. Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources. 

White Truffle Flavoured Oil

Produced with extra virgin olive oil with white truffle natural aroma. It is used to enhance the flavor of the truffle on every dish in which its use is required, such as eggs, toasts, pasta dishes or pizzas.
