Creamy product made with summer truffle, milk, "Italico" cheese, cow's milk ricotta, "Pecorino" cheese, "Casciotta d'Urbino" cheese (DOP certificate), melted salts, salt and aroma. It is indicated for bruschetta or pasta dishes, such as risotto or gnocchi. The product once opened should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within a few days.  

"La Gustosa" with Truffle

Creamy product made up black summer truffle, gorgonzola dolce (sweet), sheep's milk, salt, salt and aroma. Especially suitable as a base for bruschette or for preparing pasta dishes such as risotto or gnocchi. Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 2 weeks.

Produced with a blend of cow's milk, sheep's milk, rennet, summer truffle, salt and aroma. It can be eaten fresh or grated on pasta or omelettes, after being seasoned.

Produced with white truffle, black summer truffles, butter, Parmigiano Reggiano, flour and salt. It is perfect for preparing toast, pasta dishes, such as pasta or tortellini, or for the preparation of seconds, such as escalopes, fillets or cut. It is recommended to heat the product with the broth. Once opened, should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within a few days. 

Royal Truffle Sauce
